A birthday dinner, dancing with the bride, or a weekend catching up with friends. Start with the experience you most want to share, then bring everyone’s ideas, timing, and budget together in one outline.

BEFORE YOU SEND
A few good
questions.
What happens when I send my request?
Your occasion, date, group size, name, interests, contact details, and notes are sent to our planning team. Use the notes for your hotel, preferred music, budget, and meeting ideas. Share the file with friends so everyone has the same starting outline, including which plans are agreed and which are still being considered.
Does this send an inquiry or make a reservation?
Your request sends your details to our planning team. It does not confirm availability or make a reservation. Our team will use your preferred contact details to follow up.
Can I include more than one experience?
Yes. Select the interests you want to combine, such as Dining, Nightlife, and Party bus. For a spa visit or another daytime idea, choose Experiences and describe it in the notes. Add your main reservation or performance time and leave room for the meal, travel, and getting ready. For a weekend, label which ideas belong to each day.
What if the group has not decided on everything?
You can create an outline before every activity is settled. Complete the required date, group size, name, and contact details, then use the notes to separate agreed plans from ideas you are comparing. Include optional activities and any budget questions for the group. When decisions change, return to the planner and create an updated copy to share.
