GIRLS’ WEEKENDSIN VEGAS

MORE TIME. MORE STORIES.

A little daytime exploring, a dinner worth dressing up for, and nights that belong to your girls. Give the weekend a rhythm of its own.

Plan Your Night

Out of office.
With my girls.

MAKE TIME TOGETHER

A whole weekend.
Your kind of escape.

Start with the hours you will actually have together. Compare arrivals and departures, choose the dinner or night out everyone wants to share, then decide where a pool day, spa visit, or show fits. Agree on the shared costs before building the rest of the weekend around those plans.

Make the daytime count

Choose between a pool afternoon, a music-focused dayclub, a spa visit, or time exploring together. Give the activity a place between breakfast and getting ready for the evening. If friends want different daytime plans, agree on where and when to meet again.

EXPLORE YOUR DAYS

Find your dinner moment

Put the main group dinner on the evening when everyone can attend. Collect food preferences, dietary needs, and a comfortable budget before choosing a restaurant. Match the reservation to your next stop, including time for the bill and getting to pickup.

PLAN YOUR DINNER

Save room for the night

Choose the night for dancing or a show before filling the daytime schedule. Share when to be ready and how you will get there from your hotels. After a late night, leave the following morning open for breakfast, coffee, or a slower start.

EXPLORE YOUR NIGHTS

A SIMPLE PLAN.
A BETTER TIME.

Good nights
start here.

Before you arrive

Collect arrival and departure times, hotel locations, and each friend’s comfortable budget. Identify the plans everyone is joining and any optional extras. Choose one person to keep confirmations, shared costs, and the latest itinerary together.

Your main day

Give the daytime activity an end time that leaves room for food, travel back to the hotel, and getting ready. Work backward from your dinner, show, or pickup. Put activities on separate days when the timing would make either one rushed.

One last catch-up

Plan a final breakfast or coffee around the earliest departure. Leave time to pack, check out, and begin the journey home. Decide what to do with bags if you are spending time together after checkout, and settle any remaining shared expenses.

THE WEEKEND ANCHOR

One table.
Everyone
together.

Keep the first evening easy for friends who are still traveling or settling into their hotels. Save the main dinner for when the whole group can join. Before ordering, agree whether you are splitting the bill evenly or paying for what each person orders, including drinks, tax, and tip. If one friend pays for a shared booking, record who owes what and settle it together so the same person is not chasing payments throughout the trip.

A LITTLE BREATHING ROOM

Some plans.
Some possibilities.

A friend who wants spa time and a friend who wants a dayclub can still enjoy the same weekend. Keep the main dinners and celebrations together, with some daytime plans left to individual choice. Share a meeting point for the evening so everyone can rejoin easily. Leave an unbooked stretch for coffee, photos, or simply sitting down together before the next planned experience.

YOUR GIRLS’ WEEKEND

A FEW GOOD
QUESTIONS

YOUR GROUP.
YOUR DETAILS.
START HERE.

How much should we schedule for a girls’ weekend?

Choose the main dinner or night out first, then add daytime activities around it. A pool day needs time afterward to return, eat, and get ready. A show has a fixed performance time to plan around. Keep breaks and optional activities visible in the itinerary so everyone knows when they have free time.

What should we decide before everyone travels?

Agree on dates, where everyone is staying, and which experiences you will share. Compare arrival and departure times before making group reservations. Discuss the budget, how shared bills will be divided, and who will pay for any group bookings. Keep optional extras separate from the costs everyone has agreed to.

Can we plan a birthday or bachelorette weekend?

Yes. Put the main celebration on the day the guest of honor and her key friends can all attend. Agree on any contributions toward her costs, then add daytime experiences around the shared evening. The Birthday Nights and Bachelorette Nights pages cover the details of planning that celebration.

What happens when we send a weekend request?

The planner sends your group’s details, interests, and notes to our planning team. Use the notes to outline each day, meeting points, budget decisions, and optional activities. Add arrival and departure details where useful. Sending the request gives our team your ideas; bookings and reservations are arranged separately.
